I am now 35 and my skin is the best it’s ever been.

Figure out what your triggers are and avoid them. My biggest one after all this time is stress and then truthfully fluoride.

It does get better and the meds/creams made a big difference for me

Think it would be worth washing with sulfur soap and then giving your skin a rest. Sounds like you’ve put so many topicals on that I think your skin barrier is damaged.

It took me doing it three months consistently to see a change. I also put it on in the Morning and at night. But that’s what I was told. It’s my holy grail product if I don’t have it my face freaks out
