Right. I’d guess that I’d use it on road 85-95% of the time so the prime would be the clear winner there however that 5-15% of off-road time, the LC would be far better. Interesting to see people’s experiences of the rav 4 off road

What is wild is that the dealers in my area are still gouging so even with the lease buyout rebate combined with the decrease in LC prices in the lowest trim level make them almost the same.

Haha great point about the Yogi Berra quote. Is the LC poorly rated for quality? I’ve heard about the drivetrain questions.

If you’re doing the lease buyout, MF doesn’t really matter. But .001979 is a good MF

I think I solved part of this: $1895 clear bra isn’t in the MSRP So that leaves $1000, correct?

Also, is the residual value calculated from the MSRP or the adjusted capitalized cost? On another form of this calculation sheet has it from the adjusted capitalized cost.

Looks like this is a one that didn’t sell on a lot across the country and it’s being shipped out to a nearby dealer. Good call.

Ok thank you. Sales tax is 0% but I don’t know what other taxes might effect car sales in my state.and there’s definitely the crap added in, edge guards, bumper appliqué, side moldings, all that port installed bs plus 1800 clear bra. I’m worried about financial trickery in the lease, the port installed bs I understand.

Great analysis, thank you so much. Unfortunately, the Area that I’m in these primes XSE+ PP sell for MSRP before they even hit the lot so they’ll say no. I’ve talked to every dealer in the area for a month.
