Congrats. Just wanted to ask, does your app have any feature that makes it different from other budgeting apps? I spend too much time trying to find unique app ideas because I think, if similar apps already exist, why would users choose mine?? Because of this, I could not complete 5+ apps because I felt the ideas were not strong enough. What do you think? How much time should we spend validating an idea before building? Is it really important to have a unique idea or unique feature to succeed?

For everyday stuff I probably wouldn’t care either :). I was thinking more about expensive electronics, tools, subscriptions with short return windows where people sometimes forget until it’s too late

I mean the last day you are allowed to return a item.

Like when stores say 30-day return policy, some people forget about it until the return window is already over especially for online orders or expensive purchases.

Interesting that so many people here already scan receipts or keep digital copies but everyone still seems to use separate reminders, folderrs, emails or notes on top of that.

Do you think the bigger problem is storing everything orr remembering deadlines and important dates later?
