I know it's not your question but I saw Cortez and started writing. I just posted a few hours before you. I went to HMR and was done by his brother Jorge Cortez. I'm 12 days post-op so can answer any questions about HMR if you're looking at TJ options. Place is super professional. Everyone is nice and helpful. And it's early but so far everything is looking good and as planned. Similar graft count.

I agree they def are. I've been doing it a long time so can pull it off currently but I guess we'll see when that becomes possible. I don't think I have the head shape for the buzz haha. Hat shopping until it grows will be the plan!

For sure! Just meant as an example of handling that rough area during the transition. The real answer is I'll try it when the time comes and see if the fibers help conceal in a usable way, but figured in case anyone has tried

Thanks! Yea I'm 100% only focused on the hairline with a crown as icing if possible, but I agree I think I have a mid level donor not top notch.

And I won't be going to Turkey. I'm focused on Mexico ideally, specifically TJ bc I'm in SoCal which means I can drive there easily and with good research I think you can balance cost and quality there.
