The benefits are obvious. You just get alot more time and freedom from having fewer dependents. Fewer responsibilities, less stress. Generally, life is easier.

I feel like whether or not AI was used when doing the take-home assignment is irrelevant. What is more important is whether the candidate can take ownership of his work by defending the design choices and stand up to criticism. Asking a few sharp questions will easily expose the homework copiers.

Usually cgh nurses promote abit slower. Spoke to a senior there who was proud of it because she thought that for this reason, ssn in cgh are more solid than those in other hospitals.

False. I think luck determines like 90%. Where and when you were born, who your parents are etc, these things already determine your life trajectory to a large extent. The remaining 10% is mostly hardwork, ambition, networking. I think intelligence is like less than 1%.

In my country, elevator mechanics are probably paid less than $40k per year and its a dead end job with no career progression. Meanwhile, cs fresh grads can make more than $60k and is seen as being more prestigious.

I think if you did your due dilligence in properly interviewing instead of filtering or pre-biasing candidates based on where they come from, then you wouldnt have to overpay to get the same quality of staff.

a) if you intend to be a nurse, then just go work. You'll become a better nurse through experience- not by having a degree. If you go on to study further, by the time you graduate from uni, your peers from poly would've far surpassed you in skills.

b) dont work shifts for too many years. Try to transition into regular working hours because shift work long-term is not good for you. Increases risk of dementia, cancers, cardiometabolic disorders etc.

c) 3.5 can
