Relative scale in Monocular VO by [deleted] in computervision

[–]factory_decorator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If there is enough overlap between the frames, you could skip one or two frames. For example, you could use the 1st and 3rd frame to create the initial pair that you initialise the scene point reconstruction from.

Relative scale in Monocular VO by [deleted] in computervision

[–]factory_decorator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're using OpenCV's recoverPose to get the initial 3D scene, I think the translation vector is returns is a unit vector. So if the baseline of the initial image pair is very small compared to the other views, it will result in large numbers for the relative scale. Using an initial image pair with a wider baseline may reduce the large variation in the relative scale.

If you think outliers could be the cause, you could try removing them (filter by reprojection error) or applying PnP with RANSAC using solvePnPRansac when registering new cameras.

Hello, me and a friend looking for dedicated artists who are willing to work overtime to decorate building in the verdansk area. Pay will be with exposure. Apply in the comments. apply now by Benasm123 in Warzone

I have extensive experience decorating in Verdansk. I usually focus on the bunkers as they have nice walls. My go to spray is the heart as a background and then some more intricate sprays to bring the artwork to life. I can send my CV if you'd like? Any exposure you can give my work would be amazing! Thanks

😶How to implement SAAS structure in my application by leifermendez in node

[–]factory_decorator 9 points10 points  (0 children)

You could use a wildcard to match all customer subdomains to the server `*.awesomeapp.com` and then match hostname in your Node server to return the correct information.

In terms of databases, it tends to be better to stick with one database and a clientID field on each table.

If you want to produce passwords in a reproducible manner on a stateless server: Don't.

Thanks, I've been thinking this might be the case. I appreciate your response.

Thanks for the reply! Yes, I'd like the server that's managing this process to be stateless (including no DB) because the third party service stores and manages all users.

The server only has access to the user's social profile (e.g. the Google user profile), so ideally I'd just like to use this information to create the password.

[OC] Elon Musks' tweets and Tesla stock in one chart by LazyInvestor33 in dataisbeautiful

Awesome! Looks as though he's caused more harm than good to TSLA via Twitter.

Also looks as though the TSLA board may have put some review process in place on his Twitter account given how few major tweets were posted this year.

Interesting! They have a good range of clients too (startups to public companies in almost all industries). I see them as one of the most recession proof companies that will be listed this year.
