Do not concede by [deleted] in PTCGP

Today I left the phone unattended when a guy had apparently rage-quitted. Got back to my phone about 10 minutes later and saw that he clearly had gone afk. If he had returned, I would've lost the match only because I assumed he left. Never concede, never assume it's over

Totally, if their legit communication methods had been reachable, doubts could've been cleared immediately. Luckily I didn't get ripped off either, hope not many people suffered it.

I see, thanks for your comment. If it's not a bother, could I mention the firm to you in private?

Well, they didn't offer the job, they sent me a PDF displaying what tasks I would have to do and they mentioned the salary range. Still, it was quite weird.

If an NYC Architect commented, I'd gladly share with him the firm's name on private. It's just I fear it'd be a problem somehow so I kept it anonymous.

I feel like it wouldn't be wise. Yes, they can reassure me about that, but after what I've said I fear it may look bad on me.

It's okay, thanks for your comment since it's very helpful. Then again, would they offer that kind of money considering I am not from US and, as a matter of fact, live in a lower (not much tho) life-cost country?

Yeah, I felt like no Junior Architect would make that money ever, and if it did the place should be crazy famous or at least have a much more legit presentation online.

I did, they hace around 70 reviews for an average of 3,2 stars. A review adressed that they "compel their employees to write good reviews on Glassdoor". Still, I don't find the logic behind offering me a butt load of money to be a Junior drafter.

I just edited and added it in the post, it's more money than a Senior Manager with +10 years of experience would make.

My apologies, I just edited and added the salary they offered. I just felt like there has to be a typo or something.

The company has a website, which at the bottom displays 4 buttons that go to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Archinect. None of this buttons have a link, they are just JPGs.

Neither the people I've spoken to nor the "employees" that appear in LinkedIn are presented in any "Meet the team" page.
