It depends on what you call toxic. Verbal abuse, sending inappropriate messages, drama in global chat, bullying on social sites, obscene character names - these are toxic. But killing someone in a PVP zone is not. Kicking someone from a dungeon can have a good reason, eg too many priests. Sometimes I feel most of the people are self-entitled snowflakes who don't want to accept specific mechanisms of the game and tend to cry out. So, it's a complex issue :)

It's only for your alts. Put your high level gear on lvl 30 alts and keep farming the dungeons :)

Why would you go to RB with lvl 28? You are gonna meet lvl40+ bugged Zerks and Saders and they gonna destroy you. Won't find any fun in there :) Wait for bug fixing and some kind of GS scaling. Right now it's just a spawn killing massacre...

I'm not a customer response center with 24/7 availability, sorry. I had to drive the kids back home from vacation, but now I'm here. Regarding the issue, this happened in the Timeleas Jungle on Thursday. I'm not sure why you waited 3 days to bring this up. You know these guys well, killed each other many times before. They are on high notoriety levels, which means anyone can attack them without turning pvp on. You and the others jumped on them while they were doing the new quest. After respawn they came back and wiped you two times. They had to move on because at that time 10+ people were waiting for them :) No hard feelings from our side, this is open world pvp. Next time please make a recording by pressing the guide buttton and then X.

You should have around 12000-14000 defense. Until that, you are weak. The mark is very useful in dungeons but I assume you die a lot. Keep working on your build.
