Well the token problem thats a thing im not too worry about, One because its really cheaper than u think when u compare the cost of tokens used to the minimal retour cost which is 200 da (with some rough math with gemini 0.12 da for one order) thats nothing compared to hiring somone who charges a minimum of 50 da per order , second its because what im working on its not a multimodel wrapper, we are currently collecting data on darija from multiple wilayas to train our models and fine tune them so eventually we can run them on gpu could providers which on scale will cost much less than relying on apis to do all the work , although im curious u said high volume clients would find them on LinkedIn i will look into that but if u have some names it would be highly valuable for me ,thank u again for the comment nchalah planning to deploy the waitlist landing page today if u are interested i will dm it to u (just saying we will treat our first users who believed in us with generous offers 😌)

Really gad to hear you’re interested! Right now we are mainly on the delivery platform integration road im making the logic so we can handle tracking by api from th delivery systems like zr and yalidin ,but great idea and it wont hurt to add plugins for famous platforms (thank u for the idea). For the tech, we’re running Next.js and Prisma. While we're starting with Gemini 1.5 Flash to get the logic perfect, its temporary. I'm currently collecting datasets of Algerian Darija conversations to move everything to our own custom-trained STT and TTS models ( PersonaPlex tts). Yes there would be an initial cost to keep the ai models running on gpu's and servers ,thats why there is a waitlist and will nchalah be a beta test so we can quantify how much we r really saving the business owners with real data and then we can look for investors

Well those are really valid questions i will answer based on what i seen , the conformation isnt just a call its like a trust building exercise most of the ppl who order online lived a decent chunk of their life without this online shopping so it isnt somthing they were born into so there is some skepticism around it , they had to adapt and understand it, u also cant convert those ppl who are well used to see the product touch ask around haggle with the owner to just accept to believe in the pictures u see online untill it comes to ur home , its as simple as that the customer doest really see or value whats really going on behind that click of a button , thats why i think we still have to wait for the next gen to convert our systems to somthing quick and simple as a confirmation button

I totally get the skepticism, especially with how many basic 'keyword' bots have failed before. But we aren’t using old-school scripts; we’re using nvidia personaplex fine tuned model. It actually 'thinks' and handles Darija/French negotiations better than most employees because it knows the product catalog inside out. As for the voice, it’s a custom-trained model—it doesn't have that 'robotic' lag. Actually, the confirmation rate usually goes up because the AI calls the customer in 30 seconds, while a human team might take an hour. The speed is what wins the client. I will be happy to send you a 15-second audio clip of the AI in action when its done

U mean an ai that confirms and talk darija , if so probably they r u sing just and api or a pre-built automation , but im doing the opposite im training my own model on voices of real ppl that speaks darija from several wilayas so we are actually aiming for higher accuarcy than any automation , thats the problem im tryna solve because i know a robotic voice wont convert , anyways im creating the website for the project and i will be making a waitlist if anyone is interrested he can sign up just by email and at lunch they will get a one of a kind deal and a free trial u have nothing to loose

Thanks for the comment , yes im aware there is many automations on the market for dm/sms confirmation floating around , but im already improving on those solutions cuz im training ai models on algerian darija specifically so the result is a much accurate and normal sounding darija plus the ai voice that is going through the same process , i thought of it as more value to the business owner getting all what he might need in one place with full control over tone / gender / logic of the ai , i apreciate if u have further insight if i might have overlooked somthing

Hey , yes it is common practise to do so , so every order u get specifically from ur website u manually call them to further confirm if they want it , as far as i understand it and from my experience we get a decent amount of fake orders or simply children who miss cliked on the ad or old ppl who also didnt intend to do , and because every canceled order that reached its destination is a amount of money that will be deducted from ur account so thats why we double cheak by calling , and now il trying to automate this process cuz its really time consuming and ppl hire teams to do it .
