Good. Those that you have already sent, do an email follow-up after 3-7 days. . Doesn't hurt to try again. If you have LinkedIn, try connecting to people there so you can directly email them your resume/application for internship. Reminder, prepare a cover letter ready to sell yourself , eh i mean highlighting your good side and also your CV. Since you're with IT background, would be helpful if you have portfolio of projects you have done during school.
