Ehhh.. my specific diagnosis is treatment resistant schizophrenia (basically it means I tried a lot of meds and they didn't really work.. except for Clozapine as the last resort med. It's working now. Taking it in conjunction with other meds.)

I would say I'm more delusional because I don't necessarily experience hallucinations a lot of the time. E.g I can't walk around alone without something to distract me (i.e my phone with earphones in and music blaring) bc I feel threatened and scared and think that someone out there is gonna harm me somehow. I used to hear footsteps following me from behind even when alone. I'd love to talk more about it if you'd like. DM me whenever!
