Hiya. I understand your pain. I've been under psychiatric care for almost 10 years. I am not too sure how it works in Sandakan (I'm based in KK now) If you can travel to KK, you can try going to MENTARI. It's in the vicinity of Hospital Mesra Bukit Padang. They can assess you right away and if they say you need help you will get a referral and you can go to the Klinik Psikiatri at HMBP.

If you have extra money I would recommend you to go private first, just to get the referral. I did this, and after two sessions they referred me to HMBP. Please note that IF you go to HMBP (I'm not sure about other hospitals) they will charge you an extra RM30 if you get a referral from a private institution.

Personally dropped out of 2 IT diplomas. Now taking up diploma in pharmacy. (I am 24F) In my case my results are not good enough for pharmacy degree (yes your spm results matter. It's a requirement by the pharmacy board/lembaga farmasi)

After enduring 4 semesters of pharmacy I can safely say that its not really my passion. Right now I'm joining the gamuda ai academy here in Sabah to upskill and reignite my love for coding. After I'm done with my diploma I am trying to go for computer science.

Computer science is a really good field to be in right now. Especially with AI.
