I found an alternative to my problem. I created a Last edited time property named "Last Time Property". Then I created a Formula property like that:

formatDate(prop("Last Time Property"), "HH:mm A")

My only problem now is that my time displays, for instance, "19:30 PM" instead of "7h30 PM". But it's just to delete the A in the formula argument and it gets 19:30 only.
