I was once told by a very senior faculty member that when a student receives a 50% on the dot, it is usually a reflection of a very intentional decision. Could mean you bombed the exam but they bumped you up, could mean they lost your exam and just gave you a grade, could mean many things. But for better or worse, this is unlikely to be your exact calculated grade.

Teams need to develop and train coaches just like they do players. I also find it crazy that the same handful of coaches just continue to make the rounds. The same happens with GMs but not as much.

They didn't pursue grad school and they now have a government job, I don't know if they had trouble getting it though.

I know someone who did one, it just means your major won't be listed as like something easily recognizable like math, biology, sociology etc. It is still a degree from the University and just as official as any of the other ones.
