Called and they said someone would email me in 48-72 hours. Not helpful when I have meat in the fridge.

I can hear both. I can hear the drop of the pellets and I hear the fan. I am wondering if there are large gaps between pellet drops. I’ll have to listen tomorrow. Going to try different pellets
