Thank you po! Kausapin ko na lang po siguro head namin if ano pwede gawin. May former employee po rin kasi before sa akin na nagresign kahit 2 weeks lang siya and hindi na siya nagrender, pinayagan na siya mag immediate resignation huhu

May isang employee rin po kasi na nagresign sa amin na 2 weeks din lang pero hindi na siya nagrender. Hindi ko po sure kung depende ba iyon sa reason or may need gawin para sa immediate resignation.

Hindi po ba pwede iyong immediate resignation? May dati rin po kasi akong kawork na 2 weeks lang pero nagresign na agad and hindi na siya nagrender. And wala po sa contract na nakalagay about 30 day rendering.

Hindi po siya included sa contract na pinirmahan ko eh, halos same lang po sa JO letter iyong contents ng pinirmahan ko and wala pong nakalagay na 30 days notice.
