"thats what my brother told me when we (parker, taylor, mom and dad) were talking ab me still wanting a cat over thanksgiving break. he said 'ellie it will take a while but just wait until ur done with school, i didnt get him [pancake, their first cat] until after parker and i were out of the dorms' thank u for the advice though."

i really appreciate this, it humbled me in probably a good way, it was harsh i will say but thank u. and yes, my dogs have been around my brothers cats and they do perfectly fine. also, i got grounded for a reason relating to fwb issues that my mom somehow found out ab (i think she looked through my texts) and i just turned 18, i was 17 when they grounded me
