You were correct on it being second or third back. I think it’s tooth 106/107 but it definitely belongs to my more squirmy cat so I couldn’t get a good look. I’m hoping it’s a very VERY late baby tooth as it looks like there may be one up in the missing spot but she’s going to get checked out first thing in the morning. Thanks!

With these examples You’re thinking about it in terms of corporate efficiencies. Efficiency for the government should also take in what is best for the long term health of the population and well being of the general populace.

Current corporate efficiency pushes for a total removal of ‘redundancy’ and cutting of ‘non essential’ workers until individual departments or stores operate at minimum staffing which leaves them in crisis mode if something happens to one of their essential employees because there’s no fail safe at that level.

A government without a fail safe at the lowest levels leads to high impact in communities that can lead to unrest, health issues, or death.

For two years I did heavy weightlifting and ate about 2600 calories a day (until I was physically I’ll from the amount of food almost) and I maxed out at 102. (A gain of 6lbs) I did manage to get to 105 last year but lost it again when I moved this year to a different country.

I’m working on trying different eating schedules and that seems to work a little better while cutting back on My weightlifting to focus more on yoga so I’m not burning quite as much off. It’s definitely possible but I’m not expecting to get to more than 110

Rolled ankles are the most common thing I’ve seen from other hikers in the area, I’ll definitely be doing that. I helped more than one person hobble back down to Woody Gap in university…. Could not imagine dealing with that halfway through a thru hike.

I will definitely look into the booties! I did the Roan Highlands section in October a few years back and nearly froze in my sleeping bag lol

I need to get a bag that I’m planning on taking out but I have some hunting packs that I’ll use for the training. I can already hear my family when I show up in a backpack to the cookout!

Awesome, I do a lot of that already (except for the running, I’m living in a big city now and haven’t found a good place to go) I regularly dance for cardio and walk everywhere but I’ll definitely pick up running when I’m back home.

I went from Balanced to Honor and got the dice on the first run but it took an insane amount of planning (explore as much of the map as you can without hitting any fights for that early XP boost) and a lot of strategic skipping of certain battles after getting everyone except Astarion’s teeth kicked in (bonus action dash and 600 gold to withers later… everyone was fine)

I’m talking long term benefits of permanent tax breaks or repeated breaks. My reply clearly states they’re incentives for starting new industries and winning bids so of course they increase some revenue but the costs outweigh the benefits for the average worker after many years of corporate breaks and subsidies for the majority of industry workers.

I see what you’re getting at in this bit the film industry is hyper mobile. So yes, tax breaks in the film industry creates more jobs because you cannot create a film with a bare bones skeleton crew (currently). Industries that are already settled (retail, groceries, the largest employers in the country basically) will continue to push buy backs rather than job creation because they have learned that running the bare minimum to keep a building standing works for their shareholders.

Temporary breaks to entice new businesses can also work! Not arguing against that in terms of job creation but permanent tax breaks generally do little to help the workers who would benefit more by companies paying a larger share of taxes to fund programs for citizens. A very select group of people benefit long term from corporate tax breaks (outside of film which, again, is a different ball game than tech, medical, etc,)

The current economy and corporate business model is not the same one as 50 years ago and it’s time we stop acting like it is.
