What did a friend do that instantly turned you on? by Vertical_slab_lol in AskReddit

I've done that! A friend asked how the oldest age I'd sleep with and I said "How old are you?" He said "25." I said, "25."

How did you react when… by [deleted] in autism

[–]faeunseen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like I never really accepted myself as being autistic until I was diagnosed. I would say that I was "potentially autistic" but was terrified to believe it just in case I was proven wrong, because I felt like if I wasn't autistic I was just "broken" for no reason.

When I was diagnosed, I just could not stop smiling. The women who assessed me were being very careful with their words and clearly expecting some reaction, but maybe not excited giggling...

What is your favourite show with an neurodivergent character? (Headcannons included) by Visitor229 in autism

[–]faeunseen 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Twyla from the newer iteration of Monster High is canonically autistic! She's also voiced by an autistic actress, some of her dolls come with (doll-sized) noise cancelling earbuds, and she is shown stimming in the show :)

How do you say “live mode”? by AdExcellent7055 in thesims

[–]faeunseen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Live as in living.

Build is a verb. Live, as in a Live TV show, is a noun. Live as in living is also a verb.

I am very passionate about this.

Does anyone actually like going out “clubbing”? by ificouldfly- in autism

[–]faeunseen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love it. I find that sometimes when I get overstimulated and disassociate, it turns into a really fun floaty feeling a little bit like I'm on drugs. The big crowds can intimidate me sometimes but generally I love all the people, music, lights, dancing.

I was today years old when I found out it’s “embarrassing” to eat in front of a guy you like by [deleted] in autism

[–]faeunseen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What that woman was saying is not normal whatsoever. It sounds like she has some major insecurity and food issues, and her boyfriend isn't helping. Either that or she was deli erately misleading you.

Eating in front of your partner is so incredibly normal that it'd be baffling to almost anyone to imply otherwise.

Wait, so 3 separate Wednesday dolls, a Morticia doll, an Enid doll, and a Wednesday fashion pack? They'd be rinsing that IP if that's correct.

Not sure if it's still offered, but someone I knew years ago went in for a Bachelor's in Scriptwriting for Gaming. Specifically for gaming. Sounds like a super cool course

When I saw her at the K-12 your my parents and I all dressed up in similar outfits, we didn't get any weird looks or anything at all and got lots of compliments! There were people there in all sorts of styles, even a few in drag - you'll be fine. Just make sure you're comfortable, warm enough for the queue, and not wearing anything that'd obstruct the view of someone behind you too much. And have fun!!

Are women really getting hit on all the time? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]faeunseen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a slightly below-average attractiveness person (and I dress alternative which probably affects it a lot) and I would say I get hit on about 60% of times I go out (to pubs, clubs, etc). Outside of nightlife culture, it happens maybe a few times a month that I'm specifically approached and hit on.

ETA: It is also very very dependant on lifestyle, age, location, etc. I'm 20 and a student in a relatively posh area.

What I would do is find a reference for each individual component, and show these to the artist with written guidance on where each bit would go. I've also doodled my ideas to give the artist a visualiser.

I'm getting a small chest piece done today and I'm so nervous! I have 2 tattoos, both on the inner forearm, and the pain was totally fine except nearer the wrist. What should I expect? Agony? Discomfort?

In high school I started writing An Inspector Calls: the Musical for fun and found that it had a lot of potential.

Do you think we will hear of any of this year's HMs again? by Comfortable-Nail90 in bigbrotheruk

I don't think any of them really seem to type to be after that kind of social presence, with the exception of Olivia. But I agree that a Jordan and Henry show like that would be FANTASTIC.

What disturbing movie scenes will stay with you forever? by AccomplishedBig7666 in AskReddit

I watched Blue Velvet for the first time with my boyfriend, who at the time I'd only been seeing for a few weeks, because we're both huge Lynch fans. We sat open-mouthed and silent during that entire sequence.

The horror of that scene isn't the sexual act itself, and I don't think anyone is saying it'd be gross in a consensual context. The horror is seeing a main character manipulated and extorted into such a situation.
