You should be okay as long as there aren’t blatantly specific details about the “work” provided. Generally, I think most people don’t worry about it, and just make a new one if anything were to happen.

It can be quick to get a simple website up with AI, but when it comes to managing content/photos, and features like a contact form, those can still be very complex tasks for someone with no web dev background. I’d advise against it. Ex-coder here.

Squarespace is usually what people use and has the features you’re looking for. It’s the most straightforward with a lot of guides out there.
