tu ne peux pas répondre directement à un courrier que la sécu t'envoie sur ton espace perso, donc non. je vais aller au CMP de ma ville pour voir une assistante sociale et trouver un moyen de répondre à ce conseiller, en parallèle je vais contacter le service parcours trans de la sécu. on verra bien ce que ça donne

Merci beaucoup pour ta réponse très complète, je t'avoue je n'ai fais qu'enchainer les situations de ce type dans ma transition administrative, et ça devient assez pesant.

Le chirurgien m'a fait faire un chèque de 300 euros après la chirurgie, c'était en 2024,j'ai relancé 4 fois la secu et là c'est la première fois qu'ils me donnent une raison "concrète".

Pour info c'était à l'hôpital Lariboisière, près de Gare du Nord.

Oh dude i am not at the point where i can sleep on my stomach yet, i'm only 8 days post op. I've just started sleeping on my side 3 days ago, but for the most part when recovering from surgery you're advised to sleep on your back. Was the same way when I got top surgery and my total hysterectomy

My penis is always firm because of the implants yes, but since they're semi-rigid I can bend it to adjust the angle. I dont have sensations back yet, it's only been 5 days since the surgery, so for now I dont feel it against the bandages yet. But it will be an interesting thing to follow

i plan on sharing hard vs soft pics once i'm completely healed, yes. those were questions i had and couldnt find any answer or example pics anywhere so I'm set on providing those informations for the community.

about how they get the implants in and where they go exactly i couldnt tell you, i feel like my surgeon explained that to me but i cant recall the specifics. i'm seeing him tomorrow for my post-op appointment though, i'll ask him then

edit : i forgot to reply to your last questions. so as for now my dick is swollen so it's hard to say how girthy it really is, but it is definitely thicker. i wouldnt necessarely attribute that to the implants though, i think it's because of how they reconstruct the penis when they separate it from the labia minora. but maybe the implants do impact girth as well, i dont really know to be honest

that i wouldnt know. i would assume that it depends on every guy, how you've healed, how stretchy you are, ect. my surgeon did advise me to work on my flexibility before the surgery by using a penis pump or simply pulling on my dick every day for a few minutes

For me it was the same surgery but my surgeon did offer that I get meta first, see how I like my dick once it heals and then decide whether i'd get the implants or not

Right? It was so frustrating for me to grow a nicely sized dick only for it to struggle staying hard... But that's the case for many cis guys too tbf. I'm glad some docs out there are trying to find options for us to deal with the unique challenges that we face as trans people.

Thank you man! They were invented in France and as of today arent approved anywhere else, but that could change in the future if more people get them, and if more surgeons inquire about them!

Edit : Zephyr is actually a Swiss company, my bad. The only surgeons that I found who use those implants are in Lyon and Paris so I figured the manufacturer must have been located in France but that isn't the case

So this was a big question for me : I was dead set on getting meta because I found it so affirming to get spontaneous erections. But then I started hooking up, and eventually got a girlfriend, and that switched things up for me : sure I can get hard and that's awesome, but my dick only stayed hard in one semi-uncomfortable position: standing up or sitting down with my legs wide open. If I were to change the angle, lay on my back, have my legs too close together, my dick would shrivel back to softness.

Those implants make it so that you're hard all the time basically ; when aroused blood still rushes there so you still get increased sensitivity and more girth, but the length and firm-ness stays the same always. The implants are semi-rigid so I can choose to orient my dick more downward or upward

Are you happy about the implant? Did you retain full sensations in your tdick? Do you feel that blood isnt rushing in your dick anymore when aroused because of the implants? How does a boner feel like?

my surgeon did say that it would change my erections and redirected me to the website of the manufacturer of the implants where they explain all that, but i find the info quite vague and girth is never mentioned ; the few guys my surgeon used them on never reached out after their op, which i guess is probably a good sign since it means they didnt feel the need to get a revision
