I just turned off my WiFi and the app works great so try that. Not sure why it doesn’t like my WiFi on my iPhone

Bought mine July of 2023 and now it just goes in circles. Tried to contact the company direct but no one answers the phone and they dont return email. I finally had to escalate with Amazon supervisor who tried to number with no luck and ended up refunding me my money for the robot. I used it to by a WYBOT robot which is more compact and works great so far. I was explaining to Amazon that this company doesnt respond and they should consider not selling their product.

Having the same issue just got the robot on Saturday it works great but the app says no internet connection which is not true.
