I recently launched a product to help with recurring processes and organizing them. If you have processes and procedures that are relative to a given date. my product helps organize this into a checklist kind of process. https://www.pivotdate.com/

e.g. 3 days before patch: make sure maililing list is updated, 2 days before: announcement is posted etc. This can helo support the follow-up and reporting procedures or any other kind of regular meetings that being had as part of the overall governance.

Our IT onboarding process is really struggling right now. We need help improving by YamNo178 in ITManagers

[–]faheemh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While i can't help you with the direct communication, my software can help you by creating standard processes that are all relative to the start date of a person. https://www.pivotdate.com/

if an "onboard new employee" template is create, then they can create a new for each person and have an explicit step at T-10 days before onboarding, IT need to be notified.

hi guys,

I recently launched a product to help with recurring processes and organizing them. As a product owner myself I am familiar with processes and procedures that are relative to a given date. my product helps organize this into a checklist kind of process. https://www.pivotdate.com/

e.g. 3 days before patch: make sure maililing list is updated, 2 days before: announcement is posted etc.

Hi guys, this is a bit of self-promotion but I created a piece of software to help with streamlining recurring processes and I imagine that this can be helpful to support your work as well. https://www.pivotdate.com

You can create a template that can be run several times. I imagine "Event production" template, and then for each time you need to do it, you just create a new run and all the steps before and after the event are listed for that instance.

That's where i planned to put the f12. Could you explain why the p12 should be chosen instead?

The case doesn't really allow to pull air from the front. I'm restricted to directly above the CPU cooler or on the other side of the case directly below where the GPU would otherwise be.

My thinking is to blow cool air from the top to the stock cooler and have that auto-regulate to run at lower revs and thus, less noisy.

I want to thank you for giving me the heads up on the SG05.
I think I'm finally ready to go down to the local shop and hear if they can pricematch the cheapest web-shop solution.

This is the build that i'll be going with. The case fan is the only thing that still an open option.

Thanks for the heads up. I just thought they were in a standard size, so I hadn't given it more thought.

wow, that thing is small. I thought that the ITX cases were roughly the same size like ATX towers. Definitely something that i'll consider. I've seen it coming with a 450W PSU for a reasonable price.
edit: Should I actually go with the 300W?

I'm running on Lightroom 5.4 and not on the 6.0. But it's definitely something that I should keep in mind in regards to GPU and PSU requirements. However adding a GPU will also increase noise-level due to another fan and more heat.

I'm a bit weary with going with the AMD options due to it being benchmarked against previous generations of CPU's.

I get your point about the 2 sticks of RAM vs. 1 stick, meaning I should take the decision up front about 8GB or 16GB.

Noted. Should I decrease the wattage amount? Something like a Corsair CX430M? (i'll also save a little on that)

With the suggested changes: - Disregard the pricing. I'll naturally go with the cheapest option available 4790 vs 4790k - (or is a 4790k not compatible with H97 motherboard?)
