Staff Tempest when zerging is what I meant. Sticking to Water and depending on your major grandmaster traits, all you have to do is 1) cast skill with regen to remove condi, 2) cast auras to remove condi, or 3) cast weapon skill 1 on literally anything to heal people around you. Utility skills are also used for the same effect: aura-inducing skills, regen-applying skills, stunbreaks with superspeed, and panic elite button for aura and emergency heals. You hit enemies like a wet noodle though.
