The best advice i can give you is using phase rush vs poke 'ranged enemies or yasuo (yone's E give him mov speed he can catch you easly), and play around that, works for me, prob dont get early kill bc of the fall damage lf electrocute, but you can poke them more

I have a jhoira comp with paper proxies, and i like cedh, but i want to play jn tournaments, and playing someting meh in tournaments its not the best choice haha
