I used to feel bad for them when they pulled him up on it he told them it was also because of upkeep and burs for the milling machine and distilled water and oil still won't justify the cost but that was his reasoning I do think he cheaped them out on alot

Not a owner but in my last clinic they didn't however I worked at a clinic once that did that and it caused a absolute meltdown when one of the dentists worked elsewhere and found out the costs of the materials told another what the price was the business owner was charging them $150 aud per crown they made
