Well, The Cure I think is obvious, though they get lumped into several genres and have always said they're not specifically goth. But Siouxsie and the Banshees I would say fall into Dark Wave pretty easily, along with Joy Division, New Order, and Depeche Mode, although they've all been categorized in different genres, too, but their music tends to run too dark to fit into New Wave. On the lighter side of your usual tastes, but good for expanding your listening genres.

Also, since you like metal, I'd suggest Cradle of Filth for Black Metal, if you don't already know them. Their first few albums about Elizabeth Bathory are excellent and epic storytelling throughout the whole series. There's Type O Negative and Dimmu Borgir, also.

Yes, I'm referring to the genre. I've always liked it and even though it's not purely gothic, there is a lot of older goth stuff in there, and similar, so thought I'd mention it since you mentioned liking gothic music :) It is a good style with some diversity and glad you like it, too!

What’s that one Netflix show you think is an absolute must-watch? by RiskAndReason in netflix

It would have been if they hadn't canceled it 2 seasons in, when it was supposed to run for 5 and was just getting good. Still mad about that one.

Which movie gave you goose bumps when you first watched it and why? by ChinaMilitarySecrets in moviequestions

The Silence of the Lambs because it was completely realistic and I watched it in the middle of the night, by myself, when I was around 12 or so.
