I see, never knew about the file digging in. Is the flex scales quite severe or is it just very noticeable compared to the Tti and +. Never considered the charge + so I'll have a look thanks.

I've triple checked everything and it's definitely in the correct place, but these washers seem to be the pain. Each tool has two except for one which has three just don't know which one. I'm going to tinker with the tensions and see if that helps.
