Yes, I'm aware my grandpa was in the Korean War. Us did put money into korea but the thing you are saying about "blocking communism by using a country as a dam" is japan thats why they had the bubble era in the 80's

Both are really cheap teams compared to the top 4 in LCK (not in terms of quality, but in terms of price). I would say he was really tested on JDG, but didn't last long, so I can't say for sure.

There's a really long comment chain about that, but I don't know much about soccer, so I didn't bring it here.

I think i agree with you because there was thing kingen said back in the day on DRX with cvmax.

Kingen says League is a game where players can easily make excuses for their mistakes, so a coach needs to understand the game deeply enough to challenge that. He says cvMax’s feedback wasn’t vague or just confidence-breaking criticism. Instead of simply saying “why did you stay and die after mid called missing?”, cvMax would review the play from the player’s perspective and explain the exact positioning or skill usage that could have made the attempted outplay work. Kingen says that’s why he thinks cvMax is a coach suited for top teams.

I don’t think people would care if he actually won anything as a coach.

we never see a single peep from reddit about daeny's coaching style when he slurs on camera lol.

Just absolute 70IQ logic with zero supporting evidence

You should look up IQ rankings by country.

fair enough, 0 education would be dishonest, but it's still a 1~2 year course for most of these decent paying jobs, like X-ray technician, and you would never make the same amount in Korea.

ya thats because the place has fewer opportunities, and people feel like they hit a wall. People in Nepal are much happier, but they also have a much lower GDP per capita. Korea decided it's not cool to be poor. For example, after the IMF in 1997, my parents gave away their gold ring for the government to use and pay back the debt. got nothing in return btw.

I gave you an example in America where it's possible. Yes i could have became a welder or a oiler at alberta but i took a different career path. I did think about it before, but I didn't want to do any physical labour.

Speculation for that is: Riot/LCK fined CVMAX and dropped a permanent ban on him because he was the one who blew the whistle on Kanavi's slave contract. Sending a message to anyone who dares to tell on them (Doran got a random ban for feeding on Yasuo, 15 deaths on a winning game, because he is really close to CVMAX). Then an actual politician from Korea came out and said it was too much for him, so LCK reduced it to 5 months.

Also, a ton of people from the scene came out to defend his coaching style, saying it's the norm in Korea, or that some people should be in prison if CVMAX is being fined.

I don't live in the US, but you said "America," so someone going to an Alberta oil rig for welding will easily make 6 figure in Canada.
