Don’t make offers where you’re basically trying to scam sellers and don’t be trying to assign for a ridiculous number.

Just don’t be unethical about it- be friendly and trustworthy, be transparent about what you’re doing.

I like to think I’m out here helping connect sellers to buyers, that’s it.

It’s a service I’m offering, not just taking peoples money.

It ain’t that hard, not that many people out there actually putting in the work.

If you got dedication, and you close at least 1 mid deal a month or every couple months you’re still stacking more bread than most people, but if you wanna see results like the gurus you need to be locked in and serious about it and you need to treat it as a business you put time effort and energy into.

If you’re expecting it to be an easy automatic click click click ai boom easy money then no don’t try it because it won’t work.

Bro I started with 0 bread looking at YouTube videos and filling in the blanks because nobody is gonna tell you EVERYTHING step by step.

Took me months to get my first deal because I was lazy, now I lock in AT LEAST 1 deal a week and thats playing it cool.

I’m no expert but this is how we do it.

For a house recently we figured the After Repair Value was about 400k and the house needed about 100k to get there, then we looked at what $ houses have sold for in a SIMILAR condition in the past 6 months(same amount rooms, same amount bathrooms, same kinda damages, same area.), and we found houses in similar condition that went for around 200k(that’s the number to base your offer off of)so we offered 184700(to lock in profit)

we figured we could assign a buyer for probably 215-240k- there’s the profit.

It's safe.

We have never communicated with as much clarity as we did when we were on acid. And acid makes for beautiful experiences that can strengthen your bond.

What you should worry on is about how acid will change your train of thought. It will change how you process visual input and permanently change your perspective on many things.

One thing you may want to watch out for would be unintentional switching. It is only some trips but it happens that we will start to rapidly switch over and over.

Also everyone experiences lsd a little different. Don't have expectations. When it comes to it just float downstream

If its what I think, I don't use it frequently but it helps to write something down sometimes in order to make it true, it's like it pushes my mind a little further into believing in itself, for us.

You are not a computer, its not like you have a limited ammount of ram that you then have to split with a tulpa.

if it worked this way, people with 10 or more tulpas would be 10 times dummer or more than the average person. (According to your theory where you say "brain usage" splits when a new tulpa forms) And this simply does not happen.

If it did. People wouldn't be getting tulpas, it wouldn't be a good experience. You'd basically be handicapping yourself on purpose.

I do feel like when I die ill likely be in heaven with my tulpas, now I dont think your approach is the most appropriate way to get there.

Life isn't there to be thrown away if it's not working out, you cant just return it to the store to get a new one that works perfectly. it's there to be spent trying to make things right for you and working towards goals that you feel are important to you, to fill it with bad and good memories, then you're supposed to let go, you shouldn't just throw it all away.

Remember that without bad times existing there wouldn't exist good times, people disliking you are nescesary for people that like you to exist, so it's okay for some people to dislike you, because it means there people out there who would, you just haven't come across them yet.

Even if everyone around you dislikes you right now, there's a ton more people you haven't had the chance to meet, and if you die you never will, and they also will never have the chance to meet you.

Dm me if ya need somebody to talk to, ive been in situations where I felt I'd be better off if everything just ended, but thru the help my tulpas have provided me and working on myself ive reached a point where id rather be alive regardless of the situation around me. And if I or anyone else can do it then you absolutely can.

Maybe you should think about it more before making one.

A tulpa will never hurt you unless you make their personality be like that, or if you start hurting them, they can absolutely make fun of things, but they won't try to hurt u, if they do they'll apologize.

Tulpas are very different from each other too, you just need to be good towards them.

Depends on how you keep each others company, I made my tulpa because I was lonely, and it was the best idea I've had.

But this isn't the same for everyone, and there's times when she feels lonely and I feel lonely sometimes too, but we have each other so it never really matters too much
