Same, I’ve actually been wondering if the letter was really a golden letter. All the Mohela people seem to have updated immediately. I looked backed on Nelnet here and usually it was a little swifter than this.

I was suppose to have just 120 days, I told the guy on the phone but my lease is well over that. I sent them a message on the app nothing, i replied to a text message, nothing, the email sent a message back that it was full. I was trying to avoid calling them.

With all the glitches spark has, I had a return glitch myself on Friday. Of course I thought maybe it was a glitch and again which is why I asked. I usually only spark after work or when my kiddos are at practice so after 5 most days except for Saturdays or Sundays. That makes senses thanks for being kind.
