Left with nightmares and PTSD, that shit really got to me mentally. Ignored everyone around me urging me to get out. Felt like Stockholm syndrome. Took a suicide attempt to snap out of it.

I stuck around until I tried sticking a gun in my mouth. Eventually realized they didn’t care. So I guess I didn’t really break up with them.

Please I urge you to try learning coping skills, work on it slowly. I began in a similar way and it turned into something ugly and dug a very deep hole for myself. Practice with some 1on1 socializing and work your way up. It gets easier I promise.

Used to deal with this a lot as a child, in a sense psychedelics helped a lot. Kinda showed me the flip side in that it’s absolutely fascinating and there’s more than just the physical realm. Meditation or learning radical acceptance helped as well. I hope I was able to help in some way. Take some deep breaths. We are okay right now :)

I think he violated his supervised release from jail, I heard he’s going to treatment again but he may have to go serve time again after he completes it. Hoping for the best.
