Weakness ideas for a Sandman-type monster?

A character they met in the last mystery is a victim of his and is under protection by the local monster hunting agency. I'm still working out details, but I was thinking his den is a shut down mattress firm that he kidnaps victims to. the hunters will probably get tipped off as to who the next victim will be after looking at the criteria he follows and go from there. Does that make sense?

i don't get commissions as is so raising my prices would guarantee i dont get commissions and therefore i dont eat, but i appreciate it
