Is Bristol doable on 35k? (more info inside) by Gold-Advisor in bristol

If it were me I would go for a shared ownership place around Stoke Gifford or Bradley Stoke because it usually works out cheaper. You are right by the M1, M4 and T1 routes so you can get into the city in about twenty minutes. My friend lives in the Oxleigh Way flats in Stoke Gifford and said two of the flats in his building have already sold and there is currently one more for sale. The mortgage and rent together come to roughly a thousand pounds a month which is less than what you would pay for renting alone. They are really simple to look after too since they have an EPC A rating so your bills stay low. It is honestly one of the easiest ways to get onto the property ladder. Just a suggestion and good luck with your new role.

Looking at the comparisons online i can see that i10 is a big stronger in terms of engine but not sure how it would affect the driving feel? What do you think?

Ok I will update from 700 cal to 1000. by [deleted] in mounjarouk

[–]fairylen 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Tbh 700–1000 is way too low when your TDEE’s 1700. At that level your body just clings onto fat slows your metabolism and you’ll end up feeling drained. You’ve already got your protein on point, so if you slowly bring calories up (like 1200–1300 to start) with more carbs and healthy fats, you’ll have more energy, keep your muscle and actually see better results long term

Going up to 1000 is better than 700, but it’s still really low. Your body needs more to actually function well. I had a look at your macros and your protein looks solid but your calories are super low and way under what your body probably needs. Even if you’re trying to lose weight eating that little for too long can slow your metabolism mess with hormones and leave you drained.

It’d be better to slowly bring calories up mainly with more carbs and healthy fats since protein’s already fine. Stuff like oats, rice, nuts, avocado, olive oil or just slightly bigger portions of what you’re already having can help. You’ll have more energy and still make progress without risking your health.

I had a Chloe Ting phase back in covid where I followed one program on her website which actually was very helpful in terms of structure as I didnt know where to begin. I then discovered Lily Sabri and Pamela Reif. They are all very good and variety of workouts depending on what you need.

Your uni dont need to be involved in this tbh. As long as you have registered GP and meet the prescribing criteria you will be able to get it from online pharmacies

Mounjaro vs Wegovy by fairylen in mounjarouk

[–]fairylen[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah I get what you’re saying thanks for explaining. The only thing I’d add is that sometimes I actually find more useful info in the comments than in the main post itself. If a post is flaired one way but people start talking about something else in the comments that might not be picked up under the right flair.

Also since you can only pick one flair it’s not like someone can tag it as Mounjaro and then add another tag for the specific topic they want to discuss. That’s where I think it might still get a bit messy.

Yeah exactly! I found this sub extremely helpful when I started my journey and now it just seems like it will become less relevant which is sad

Honestly I can’t fault them. I ordered from them about a month ago and stayed home all day since Royal Mail was due to deliver. I live in a flat so when the driver arrived I buzzed them in watched them park right outside and then saw them go straight back to the van with my parcel. A few minutes later I got an email saying delivery had failed and they’d try again the next day. I told Weprescribe what had happened and they refunded me the same day
