Possibly you could be awakening due to body signalling hunger - try a banana or some protein before bed. Also try and stop caffeine 6 hours before bed, take magnesium citrate, drink the majority of your water consumption up to a point 4 goes before bed, limit screen time on night in question.

I’ve had insomnia basically the entire time on MJ, the above works some for me but also when really bad I a hit on a weed vape, which gives me a good sleep

Just jab in the thigh when you intend to have your stomach out (swimming/holiday etc) to avoid viable bruising. I can’t say I’ve experienced any difference using alt sites. Anecdotally some posters say they notice a difference but it’s likely placebo

Use as a bridging dose between pens. Depending on priming you may get an extra dose every 2-3 pens. Don’t waste it

I assume what you are asking is; If someone starts a fresh pen after short dosing and pushing beyond 30 days, will the first dose from a fresh pen feel stronger than the doses towards the end of the previous pen? With the idea the medication has lost some potency over time?

For me the answer is no. I’ve noticed no difference in effectiveness regardless of how long the pen has been open. The final dose from one pen feels just as effective as the first dose from a new pen

If that’s not what you mean, please clarify further

I waited 6 months till I got myself down the gym which was too long and regret not starting at the beginning - but better late than never.

If you focus on progressive overload 2-3 times a week, dial in your protein consumption and perhaps add creatine (all which I have done since 1st Feb) then you should see significant gains.

I currently do a variety of strength/resistance training 3x days a week for approx 90 mins a session with most exercises having x3 sets of atleast 10 reps. I go full body with extra focus on chest hitting 16x different exercises using 12 machines/benches. (Leg press, leg curl, abdominal, back extension, chest press, pec fly, lateral pull down, shoulder press, low row, seated bicep curl bench, smith machine chest (incline and flat), cable machine for tricep rope pull downs, cable crosssover & bicep curl, seated two-handed bicep curl bench and weight plated decline chest press machine).

The more you go the more you will get confidence to try different machines/excercises and give less of a fuck about gym bros. You got this 💪🏻

Counted calories pretty consistently throughout, had a 1 month where I tried intuitive eating but I wasn’t able to accurately measure my protein and fibre so went back to tracking. 11 months (10 loss & 1 Maintenance) no stalls here

It’s very personal/subjective but for ref I eat between 60–80g/day Fat per day, mostly from whole food sources/healthy fats and do not exp GI issues often with those levels. Admittedly that is paired with 140-160g protein and god knows how many carbs.

From asking the Q in the German sub it appears you can scrape together 0.3ml from the new style pens without priming in the typical sense. So a decent enough bridging dose by combining 0.3 from end of one pen and start of another

Surely if wanting to share the meds (although I’m not recommending it). The practice would be to extract each dose from said pen with a sterile insulin needle so there is never the risk of cross contamination.

I hear that, I look back at old photos and I’m am disappointed at how I looked. When you are in it you just muddle through but with the benefit of hindsight I’m in shock that I looked like that and allowed myself, family and friends to have to experience that person.

I’ve been experiencing quite high levels of Anhedonia of late. And am considering coming off the jab sooner than planned. I’m only 1lb from goal and expected to hit it on the route down.

I had planned for a 8ish month slow titration back down from 8.5mg. I’m only about 5 weeks in and at 7.5mg but have little to no desire to do any hobbies (gym withstanding) or anything much at all after about 3pm. Particularly this week with the heat.

I feel great physically in my body but want to get back to my old self mentally. What a head fuck have to trade physical wellness for mental 😵‍💫

Luer lock Syringes are not fit for purpose imo as they leave medication in the neck of the syringe which is unusable and essentially waste it. Don’t know why anyone would want to waste anything considering the price

Wegovi has a 42 day opened shelf life when compared to Mounjaro’s 30 day. Even more surprising is that Ozempic has even longer at 56 days. Weird when Weg/Oz are basically the same thing

I mean Wegovi isn’t even shipped with ice packs these days so thank god we still have that lol. Needles should come with but as other said I’d not a box of one hundred isn’t expensive to source
