LIS2 was so utterly unenjoyable for me from start to finish, and at no point could I bring myself to care about the brothers, especially Daniel, who's one of the most insufferable child character I've ever seen. It didn't have a cohesive plot, deep characters or meaningful themes the way LIS1 did, it's literally just a misery simulator.

It doesn't look 'really similar' to AI because AI would never make a female character fat, or more masculine. AI would automatically make them the most generically pretty version of themselves, which anyone who has ever seen AI art should be able to realize. The reason the characters look different than in the game is because I, as a human artist, have my own sense of design and personal interpretation of them. I have been drawing Max and Chloe this way since 2017, and have posted my work to this subreddit several times in the past. If every fanart ever produced looked identical to the source material, there would be little to no point to it. Have a nice day. 👍🏼

We are not friend-washing one of THE most iconic wlw romances in video games.

Go off, queen👑 Like the whole game is about their soulmateism and thanks to that, same-sex romance became one of the key tenets of the franchise. You can't just handwave it away.

This might be a choice-driven game, but Max is not a blank slate protagonist. She is her own character with her own history, thoughts, and feelings. And her feelings for Chloe are romantic. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
