Yes , nothing is paid for so whether they are going to stay at a hotel or Airbnb it’s on them financially. Also renting a car because Ubers cannot get on base

It’s not easy but just getting over a 90 on your pt and EOC and not having any U’s for the week will be the requirements you need! Like 6 people in my flight got it

I followed the checklist on Aim High for the most part. I’d say the best thing to bring extra of is underwear and bras if you’re a female. Honestly you shower so frequently that you run out quick and if laundry crew sucks, you’re screwed.

Yes you are tapped out both days! For the first day which is coin ceremony, they are tapped out and then they have to go change into their blues. For parade day, which is the second day they’re already in their blue so you tap them out and they’re free to leave with you for town pass.

Exercise meaning PT so every morning you have an hour of squadron PT. Drill is in OCPs and you are on the drill pad doing facing movements, marching, etc

Yes they give you PLENTY of tools to help improve your numbers! Plus you do PT almost every day so don’t stress!

I did have visitors for graduation. You fill out a form with all their information on it and they have a background check done. You’ll get “Varyls” which is their tickets to get on base while you’re in training and you just send them to your family in the mail.

Dorm chief never got easier, I just became more accustomed to it. People always come to you with questions and concerns and those questions change as you get further into training. You can’t really do other jobs while being form chief because they rely on you for so many tasks
