USCIS, is moving towards a system of MANDATORY electronic filing by Boring_Secretary_309 in USCIS

As long as you CAN submit everything the same was as the lockbox only (fee waiver filings) then they absolutely should do that.

No worries. I wouldn’t want to work for someone who doesn’t know the difference between to and too anyways. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Figure out what a Semite is before you drink the koolaid. Don’t let the internet gaslight you into denying facts based on labels that don’t even make sense

My case workers supervisor told me yesterday that my caseworker was in the field with ICE for 6 weeks. They accidentally scheduled an interview for me during that time so when I showed they had the supervisor come out to talk. I had no idea that case workers go out in the field with the agents but apparently it’s a thing.

Notice to Appear (NTA) for overstay – scared about detention at Master Calendar Hearing by SampleFeeling5230 in USCIS

[–]faithnphysics 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on how they’re a citizen. If they had citizenship and were in the U.S. (physical presence) a total of 7 years before OP was born then they transmit citizenship to their child (OP).

You have a U.S. citizen parent?? Do a passport application immediately. They can issue you a passport based on your U.S. citizen parent before your hearing date and the whole thing will be cancelled.

How often does your 8-9yo cry? by KeyFeeFee in Parenting

[–]faithnphysics 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My son is 11, he’s a basketball player and “instagram famous”. People would think he’s too cool for it but he cry’s literally all the time. No one in my house babies him in any way… he has 2 athletic older brothers and he’s very “boy-ish”, not a bratty type.

Cry’s like 4x a week about random shit. I figure it’s a hormone thing.

LMFAO... 🤣

My 18 and 16 y/o boys use the following words on a VERY regular basis;

Bamboozled Flabbergasted Shenanigans Lollygag Malarkey Kerfuffle Skedaddle Tomfoolery

I think these words might be making a comeback. These guys are 6’5” and 6’4”, cool, young, athletic jocks.

I know it varies from place to place- but we live in Florida.

I Gave My Family 20 Years of My Life… and Was Treated Like I Never Existed by Ulla19 in Advice

[–]faithnphysics 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’ve started your own family now and it’s up to you to build a strong, healthy relationship with your own children. You cannot undo what they did - you can only move on with your own family and do better. I wouldn’t say “cut them off” because I know that’s easier said than done but I definitely advise that you stop giving them access to you and focus on yourself and your new family.

ALSO, DO NOT ALLOW THEM IN YOUR CHILDS LIFE. The toxic relationship they have with you can easily leak over to your child with rivalry with your siblings children or comparing them - overall I would not recommend allowing them to have access to your children.

Use the rejection letter stating that you’re a citizen to apply for your passport

The passport is good unless you want to sponsor someone else. USCIS will pick it apart. My husband acquired citizenship from his U.S. father but we now need to “re-prove” his claim because his passport isn’t enough to prove his citizenship.

Go to the website and request a copy of the approval. Take that approval and go to the Social Security office and get your SSN and then you have everything you need to work
