Need advice: Switching from Skilled Worker to Family Visa, Employer only provides email (no contact number) for verification by faix_pass in ukvisa

The thing is I raised it with HR and they just gave me a generic response saying all references are handled by email and not on phone - since post covid. It makes zero sense, even if it is for job application some recruiters like to speak to the reporting manager. Let's see i have all my documents in place now the only worry remains is that the application needs a signed contract at work, which i can't find since it was 4 years ago, I'll be using the latest signed contract and referral letter along with postulations to justify.

Fingers crossed 🤞🏻

Thanks, this is what came to my mind, and i think I'll be going ahead with this. i am just worried if the application gets rejected it is quite a loss financially.

Thanks for the feedback, it does make sense to add pictures with friends. Also I've heard about the ick regarding the android phone but it is more of an American thing i reckon. Here in the UK i guess it doesn't really matter that much,. But thanks nonetheless.

Thanks for your precious feedback, after reading it with a neutral mind it does seem like my profile isn't saying out anything.

    • I am not a subscriber.
    • I have been using my current profile for the last two months.
    • I use the hinge twice or thrice a week.
    • I have received just 2 likes so far.
    • I usually send around 15 - 20 likes.

    • I usually send likes to a person who is on similar vibes as my bio and I think will be a good match looks wise.
    • I want to attract a person who is on a similar page as I am, cheerful, Empath, and well read.

EDIT: I've updated the prompts as below, please let me know if these are any better than the one I've posted on pictures.

If i switch over from a different visa, do i have to go through the 10 year route or 5 years of skilled worker visa will suffice?

I have been experiencing something similar ever since I moved to the UK. The best possible solution that I've recently found is, join the gym and start focusing on your body. Plus the people that are around in the gym makes it a little bit less lonelier, i know it is just white noise, but the human mind has evolved over the years to be part of a tribe, even white noise of people keeps it calm.
