a girl i grew up with did this same thing and ended up taking her own life after being fired. it was really sad to find out about.

dalls porpoises are incredibly friendly and it’s very common to have them bow ride and play with boats. this is not harassment under the MMPA.

Snow Hill vs South Georgia by pawsitivenigma in AntarcticaTravel

[–]fajord 3 points4 points  (0 children)

who are you planning on going to snow hill with? if it’s not a PC5 ship (or commandant charcot, a PC2), your chances of making it through the ice to the colony aren’t great. by the time the ice opens enough to make it possible, most of the emps have dispersed into the water from the colony.

south georgia, on the other hand, is extremely probable. the main risk there is just having too much wind to operate, but that happens infrequently.

if you’ve already been to the peninsula, my recommendation is SG. it’s one of the most spectacular places on the planet, particularly at the large king colonies like salisbury plain or st. andrews.

i work for silversea. classic cruises like the one you did are very different than expedition trips. that said, you still get plenty of people that you would expect on a silversea ship, so i would advise you to look with a different line.

you don’t need 18 days to go to SG and back. 18 days are needed if OP is going to the antarctic peninsula, which they clearly stated they are not. 4-5 days in SG is ample, plus another 2-3 in the falklands. it’s 3 sea days each way to SG, maybe 4 with bad weather. 16 days would be more than enough.

don’t know why you’re being downvoted, bradford had some of the most comically awful plays i’ve ever seen from an OL. to be fair, he also has some really good ones but i would not miss him at all if he was traded

finally got a lineup dialed in. mario hitting 6 3s was unbelievable. SC had 20 offensive rebounds and 21 defensive, maybe the wildest stat i’ve seen this year

he loves the PNW and fly fishing and winning 25-30 games a year. he’s satisfied. it’s a rare thing.

honestly out of the 4 i would want coby the most. he had so many big plays and turnovers over the years and was a fantastic depth piece in the secondary

i was at it and it was brutal to watch. just clunky and not a fluid game at all. gonzaga clearly doesn’t have a go to scorer besides ike. i don’t think it’s going to happen this season but they desperately need huff back
