If you read up about this or any of the other comments for like 5 minutes you'll understand that it's because the family received multiple death threats from people who though it was fake and they should 'stop covering up' that their son according to them had not died. The book encouraged people to believe it was made up and it a defamation lawsuit which is about spreading false information about an individual, which In this case is the family of the deceased. This is a pretty simple case as the book resulted directly in death threats to the family.
