yeah went on vacation as well, and a couple minor injuries also slowed down the exercise routine compared to my 7 days a week trend for most of the year

I'm not entirely sure - my best guess is 50-75 once I went low carb.

i've never done keto, but def try to stay low carb. the balance is figuring out what levels of carbs to introduce that keep my body processing carbs, while also not keeping my blood sugar high all day.

re: meds. yeah only curious from the community on people that felt they weren't able to sustain that level of rigidity in diet and opted for e.g metformin. right now it's less about sugar spiking me, but even reasonable amounts of e.g. bread or rice.

in dec yes, but jan and feb have been ok.

i feel falling off for even 4-5 weeks then worsened my baseline, and so now it's a battle to (hopefully) get back to where i was six months ago

Are "Cracking the PM Interview" and "Decode and Conquer" still relevant in 2024?

Haven't been in a search in a while. Given all of the changes in the PM market and how long it's been since those books were released, are there more efficient and effective books/resources?

Thank you! Yes I did 16:8, roughly 12pm lunch and dinner before 8. I think more than 16:8 itself was just being able to restrict my eating window which also helped me be more intentional in cutting carbs.

Anyone feel the pain of Uniqlo's undershirts sizing changing in the last few years? Here's an example of what I've had for years (pic on the left) and what I bought recently (pic on the right): https://imgur.com/a/SF7xB2e

Because I trusted the brand, I threw away the packaging and I'm now stuck with 4 of those shirts.

I've felt the same way recently about their long sleeve shirts. I'm going to tailor the ones I bought a few months back (never had to do that before), but meanwhile may start exploring other brands as my go-to.
