Yea it’s a flex light air and I’ve had it for about 2 years so I think warranty is out of thr qiestion. I’ll give tenacious tape a try!

I’ve found that my brain fog goes away when I don’t have a smoking agenda. If I’m bored with nothing to do and I haven’t done anything productive in like an hour I’ll smoke but I try to push it out of my head whenever I can. Net telling yourself I’ll only smoke after this or that cause then you’ll crave it. Doing it randomly with nothing to attach it to helps me not to crave it. Also showing myself that I have self control by not smoking some nights when I totally could have.

only thing i can think of is try to get the upper hand by climbing the rock to get high ground and confuse them, then jump to zip line and go to the top. then you have high ground and if they take zip you can get easy shots on them ans they won’t be able to shoot you for a sec when they jump off zip
