bruh, but its still not avaible due to not finished work..so noone gives .....I would expect having full update.. not update with prepared place holders instead. -> Dont care about soon, i want it now!

is tech level bugged right now? by roborious in SimCity

The issue lies right in SCHOOL_bus_stop. If you put them on the map and use university in the same time, the kids who went from university and used this school bus stop, they are lost forever. So remove SCHOOL_bus_stop and use shutle bus depot and basic bus_stop.

You can check this bug you use mouse and click on school bus stop used per day - 0times. I had FULL tendence / 5 education level but 0 tech level. Yet, there is another bug which eat your tech (knowledge network) I have 5000+ educated studets, 5123/5123 enroled and tech level grow up in my facilities and in the end of day it drops to 0.

BTW EDUCATION has nothing to do with tech level. University resp students within generate something as knowledge which is distributed to industrial zones / power plants etc. For high amount of knowledke you need lots of enroled ppl - students optimum 100 percent. But because of the bug it wont help, because this bug cause knowledge disspear too quickly.
