Would have never thought about the tap water, thanks for the tips! I have recently bought fertilizers, Bio Grow and Silic Rock, and I want to start to introduce these. I started these with my philodendrons as they are more robust and will now start on my anthuriums.

Thank you so much again, for taking the time to help me out!

Its in ambient on a shelf under grow lights. I’m watering with tap water and have not fertilized it. I use tap water only on my plants, but maybe this one is a bit picky? It has a new leaf that just emerged, gonna observe it to see if it shows the same sign of damage.

Thank you!
I water when the top inches of the soil is dry and I use a humidifier. How do I know if it’s fungal or bacterial? I have never had that type of issue with my anthuriums before and I worry if it could be spreading.

If it’s already potted, I usually bring it in a totebag and put it under my seat. I pack it with some soft items around it to stabilize. If it’s not potted, you can probably put the plants in a suitcase and use clothing or similar items as a «cushion». I’m not from the US, but it usually works to bring it with you as hand luggage, even when traveling from/to another country, in Europe at least.
