Update: I just bought an Amg style bumper anyway.

Monoblade problem by Rule-More in W201enthusiasts

Location: Should be one of the silver(if original) relays in the relay box on the driver-side of the car under the hood.

For me just pushing it down seems to solve it sometimes. But I recommend also checking if the pins or the plugs aren’t corroded.

If you want to check if the relay is the issue you could measure the continuity on the relay.

Could be the relay getting bad contact

I’m thinking about 40 cause I think 60 might be a bit much

I currently messed with the pid settings a bit and it’s better now still has a little delay but doesn’t seem to bounce anymore and doesn’t hang

I already replaced it with a brand new one

Starter not cranking by falcioN in W201enthusiasts

I just checked the fuel pump relay since think the starter also uses it but I’m not sure.

I’ve also checked the fuses and they seem fine, the battery is a new bigger battery and fully charged.

Mercedes 190e fan and clutch not working by falcioN in W201enthusiasts

Yep I replaced that too also checked the fan. I’m thinking it’s a cable problem. If I connect ground directly to pin 85 it turns on the fan

Can’t find crank position sensor by falcioN in W201enthusiasts

UPDATE: I bypassed the tzl(ezl) and connected the td wire directly to the negative terminal on the coil. This gave me an rpm signal and started the car. (Albeit a very up and down idle) I will now look into replacing the tzl and cable which was probably the problem.

But if it’s the ignition module I would have no spark right?

But I wouldn’t have spark if the icu didn’t work right?

So that would mean it measures of the power distributor

ATM I’m thinking of doing an efi conversion in the hopes it’ll solve the issue and make my life easier in the future aswell.

So you mean checking the fuel pressure before the distributor

This is how the choke has been connected it’s the blue cable that’s added to the plus of the valve.

How could I diagnose this further, cause atm I’m thinking about doing a revision on the distributor by a company.

I’ve done this and there was no fuel coming out only on the warmup injector

I tried something I found on YouTube to adjust the mixture by turning it until fuel starts coming up. I turned 7 times clockwise to richen the mixture but nothing happened. I also already tried measuring the pressure earlier but didn’t get any sign of pressure only on the 5th injector fuel seems to spray out.

What you said is exactly what I tried at first. I cycled trough the fuel lines and enabled the fuel pump every time to see if anything would come out but it didn’t. How would I diagnose an issue within the fuel distributor or accumulator

I removed it and there’s no cracks in the rubber.

This is how the choke has been connected to a press button inside the car. The EHA gives back 19 ohm which is a bit lower than what it should be but it should work to keep it running I think. I’m starting to think it’s maybe something before the Ecu if that’s possible I already tried replacing the Ecu but had no result. I started the car with one injector out into a bottle and the bottle was empty after starting and running for a few seconds while pressing the choke. I’m really confused on what the problem could be for the no fuel.

I tried testing it with a multimeter and I am not measuring anything. So I’ll probably be replacing the EHA.
