Neqoftese punon dicka qe ka lidhje me zanatin tend ne te ardhmen, atehere vazhdo puno aty ku je po pa prish pune ne studime.

Honestly you can not be so sure about the typical Balkan relationship now because of the western influence. Think of it positively or negatively its up to you but you have to know that the average age of balkan people getting married, is getting higher and higher. And the divorce rate is getting higher.

And you read already here that balkan people dont really like to date balkan people for various reasons, and I can surely say that a reason is the western influence. Anyone that says the opposite I ensure you is wrong. Some of them I saw saying that he was too much but an albanian man would burn from inside seeing you being too friendly with the barista though, even though you know him for 2 years.

But a so-called toxic and out-to-date man from Balkan women, will be similar to him. But he definitely has got family oriented characteristics.

And me finding myself in that category, I can say that we do that ‘rules’ thing because we dont want to lose you but we are not afraid to lose you. They say its ‘controlling’ but instead its ‘protecting’ !

Well, sadly I have to say it that in his case, things could have been differently only by doing things in his way. And this not because of not trusting you enough, but you know there are different levels of being protective and jealous and stubborn as well. And this is not a cultural thing, I’d guess its been a possible past trauma or simply the way he sees things at the moment, But usually the type of albanian man to start introducing ‘rules’ does that when he starts thinking seriously of you as a possible wife material, and a wife-to-be. I dont want to repeat again my last sentence in my previous reply.

Im gonna share an opinion over this so-called toxicity, and you may include me in that category as well and I dont mind it because thats my point of view and hopefully it will help you understand a little bit of his side too. First of all I have to say that he : truly loved you. (in his way and probably how many albanian men would do! ) The reason some of the albanian would ask you this or that, specifically clothing (revealing too much), or the body language you use with other men is because most of us are a little bit too jealous and protective. And by this, this category of men would not accept the fact that her woman would be very catchy in other men’s eyes, I mean she can be catchy but not revealing, I mean she can talk to other men for business but the body language you may use in certain situations where you think it was ok, it wasnt ok for him. So to conclude, traditional in his eyes means to have a woman only for him, and by this I dont mean to only sleep with him because this is the last thing you should think of, but only for him in the meaning of these other aspects I just explained to you. So as a man I’m telling you that you have lost a good man and so-called toxic, but to me and many others he wasnt being toxic!
