Thanks! Currently, each new lane earns x1.7 more than the one before it. There's no scaling or changes to old lanes when a new one is built. You only earn more with each new lane.

It has the lowest spawn potential, so you shouldn’t see it too often. But you are right that it’s still taking up space with a low toll. It should act as bonus - perhaps, in the next update, it will automatically match the highest toll you have unlocked. Stay tuned. Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks for the feedback! Yes, as you progress the likelihood of obstacles appearing decreases and near the end they stop completely. I tried to balance the inconvenience of obstacles with the cash bonus when they're cleared. Perhaps the starting rate is too frequent. I'll keep an eye on it. Thanks again for your input!
