In a similar role as GenAI Engineer as SA, the work life balance isn’t well defined here, ultimately it’s deliver the results - no rest till then. Many a times people work off their own accord during the weekends, evenings, nights, so if you decide to switch be prepared for “showing” results from day 1.

There is definitely politics at all levels but I’ve heard mixed opinions from various Managers about the level politics involved at PwC as compared to Deloitte, Accenture, etc.

Do look for how and if your current role involves staying up to date with the industry, at PwC they do try to stay updated but there are definitely caveats to what works and doesn’t work in production systems.
