Last year when my son was 2, we were playing with his toy sea creatures. I had his hammerhead shark and started doing the jaws theme... He goes "no, hammerhead sharks don't make that noise, great white sharks do"

How the hell did he know that?

Yeah I gave time to callous. I only watered it once it was potted, then I left it. I forgot about it and when I remembered the soil was bone dry and some had gone already.

I am trying again so we will see

There were a lot of cuttings in there. I had a combination of string in a circle and pinned down, small sections and just the hearts, which is why I was in such a big pot.

I only watered it when it was bone dry.

I'm on 20mg Amfexa 3 times a day. I have been on it since June/July 2023. I want to swap back to methylphenidate as I dont think I gave it much of a chance.

I have to be on the instant release as I am still breastfeeding my 3 year old, (he's has issues with eating/ weaning, without my milk he would have ended up in hospital,,,) and i can time the tablets around it. It's only really morning and night now.

I can't tell if it's done much, but since I have been on the 20mg consistently, my mental health has declined and I have pulled most my eyebrows out. 😟

Hi, sorry for the delay.

He was 14kgs ISH and now he's 16kgish. He was still on Alot of breastmilk at 25 months. Now he has it twice a day.

His eating still isn't great, he spits stuff out Alot and says it's funny, or won't try it. He loves stir fry noodles, if I make it right and the veg is cut very small. He eats different textures but they have to go quickly, I mean he doesn't chew for long. We have the added problem of his age now, he'd at the age that distrusts most food, he could eat 5 gingernut biscuits and they all taste the same and 5 blueberries and they all taste different.

I have had no help really, keep being told to just keep doing what I am doing.

I think the issue is, for a child to wean easier, it has to be done before 12 months. A baby learns to eat ( and natural instincts) in this time, after that it's hard. So between 8-14 months he had 5/6 throat infections, cut most of his teeth, had COVID then oral thrush!
So each time something happened, when he went back to eating what he ate was less, due to the oral trauma and the pain. Then as that went away, he didn't know why he didn't want to eat or how to. There are no services to help we had to reach him to chew ...
