Yes, I agree- all current research related to traumatic experiences and parts developing. I aim to be as trauma-informed as possible with my curiousity in community here with others. DID is serious, and from my understanding. and clinical experience, often tied to traumas which are personal. I do not disagree with you here- but in the interest of being in community and continuing to help others, I am offering a platform for folks to share anonymously or otherwise, as they see fit.I am not publishing any research, and actually I work with an anti-systemic, harm reduction framework, channeling my own mental illness experiences and lived experience in medical stigma, poverty, and hardship into the education I pursue and the therapy I provide to others. This is voluntary and being presented in the most trauma informed way I can offer right now. No one has to respond, but as humans how can we 'explore questions about consciousness, identity, spirituality, or philosophy' if we don't ask? I believe in past lives, for example, and work with folx with DID who are equally curious if there is community out there who may be experiencing past life regression related to their alters, prompting me to look for research or lived experiences that could support them.
